terms of service

GENERAL
- You are purchasing a digital file only — no physical product will be shipped.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I believe I cannot meet your expectations.
- Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used for profit unless commercial usage has been discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
- Listed prices are base prices and may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork. You may not claim the artwork as your own.
- Editing, altering, or modifying the artwork without my permission is not allowed.
- If you share or use the artwork publicly, please credit me by tagging me @ryungekuAs the client, you may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes such as profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, etc.
- Print one personal copy of the artwork for private use.As the artist, I may:
- Share the commission publicly unless a specific reveal date has been agreed upon (such as birthdays, launches).
- Use the commission as part of my portfolio, commission samples, or catalog.COMMERCIAL USE & LICENSE
- Commercial usage is only permitted within the scope agreed upon beforehand.- 2x base price: Promotional material

- Payment is handled through PayPal. All prices are listed in EUR.
Payment must be made upfront.REFUNDS
- You may cancel your commission freely before payment is made.
- Refunds may be requested if work has not started within 2 days.
- Once work has begun (sketch phase), the commission becomes non-refundable.
- If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.PROCESS
- Work will begin only after full payment has been received.
- Completion may take up to a week depending on workload, commercial projects, or other circumstances may take longer, even a month.
- You will first receive a rough sketch for approval, followed by a cleaner draft for a second review. Please provide all requested changes during these stages.
- Once the artwork is finalized, only minor edits such as small color or detail adjustments can be made.
